78% liked the review?? Definitely a joke to the series! I personally do not recommend playing FFX-2 as it lacked in so many different aspects compared to FFX. Interesting lores in-game but it felt like I played a game that was made by a bunch of stoners picking out random ideas from a box. They just wanted to make a continuation from FFX, the concept was a good start, although putting the story together with all the lacklustre of scenes and power puff girls to the point I was not even bothering about it.. The music, gameplay, cutscenes, dialogue, comedy (Brother's dialogue especially), revisiting areas (to some extent were appauling like 2D or cutout) or even most story-related wasn't a story. Just think of Square-Enix making another Final Fantasy game. I was not absorbed by any of it besides the two soundtrack ''1000 Words'' and ''Eternity Memory of Lightwaves'' which was like the only things that had a bigger impact and was played throughout the game. I can tell you all this game had a low-budget and they did not try to go all out compared to its predecessor

It's a... beautiful game, many of the bigger areas were designed exceptionally well. The lack of monster types, sorting out your loot is unbearable and most enemies you fight are pretty much in tight spaces or sandboxed (the lack of placing of enemies is nostalgic throughout the game). Played it for almost two hours; I just don't enjoy having a single player game with a really bad story-- feels really under the bridge; I wouldn't go back to it. Even with an optional co-op mode.
