This book really captures the feeling of living with anxiety. Right when I got to the first page, I already understood where the poet was coming from. It describes self-loathing in a very honest way. Its dark themes contrast with its witty humor. This book is like if Bojack Horseman, Wes Anderson, Bo Burnham, and Inner monologue itself had a baby (in the best way possible)
