Disappointing at the Very Least!
I’ve been watching Project Runway since Season 1. There have been seasons that were spectacular and others that were lackluster. I was expecting something similar, but instead I watched a low-end copycat show with an exceptional array of locations, a talented group of judges and above all, a million dollar payoff.
What was missing? The most critical aspect of a competitive design show, THE TALENT. For the most part, the designs were familiar and boring. Where was the creativity? Who chose these contestants? Heidi and Tim looked frustrated and bored, and I don’t blame them. But, it was their creation, after all.
I’m looking forward to the next season of Project Runway, but won’t be watching Making the Cut. It simply doesn’t compare.
