This movie resonated deeply with me, not just as a chess enthusiast but also as an adult. The story goes beyond chess competition, no seconds were wasted as every part of the story offers a different kind of lesson. The characters felt real. I love that it also shows how easy it is to lose motivation after a loss. But in the end, passion and talent can thrive regardless of one’s status. I believe that whatever you put your mind into, you will really achieve it. Most of all, A failure doesn't make one a failure.

What's with the reviewers? They're getting too technical and some are just overreacting. What do you expect from a fiction movie from 2004? That's why I stopped reading reviews because they don't justify the magic of this film. Btw, I watch this film every Christmas eve
