I went into reading this book Blind into 2 ways. I am actually visually impaired and I had no idea what the book was about. I had just heard that it was scary and creepy which I love however, I have found it to be a chore to read this book, I get that the style of literature is meant to be difficult, but I’m listening to this book for pleasure. It shouldn’t be hard work to read a book. I usually want to finish a book and once I start it but right now I feel like I’m punishing myself and what’s the point of that maybe audiobook is not the right way to Absorb this material or maybe the meaning goes over my head or maybe it’s just not for me. whatever the case, I’ve decided to stop punishing myself and to find something to read that I will actually enjoy. Also, after reading multiple reviews, I’ve discovered that the plot is more of a romance that is eerie than a scary book and romance is really not my thing, but that’s my fault for not reading what the book was about or reading the reviews prior to diving in, so shame on me for that one

I originally Decided to read this book based on the online description, which made it seem quirky and kind of comical however, upon reading, I found the story to have much more depth of emotion than I was expecting and honestly, I loved it. I read the book in one day because I could not put it down. I would highly recommend it and I have been recommending it to friends and family like crazy.
