Too much "it happens because plot-line" stuff because stuff happens to the heroes that shouldn't like they're all distracted or not fighting at top hilt because "it's traumatic". Give me a break. The world is in danger every other day and the heroes are suddenly taken aback because their loved ones are in danger? The world was literally attacked in full scale before the book began and now they're suddenly stopped by one guy teleporting in? Like Batman wouldn't have firewalled Cyborg so that every time he came back to Earth he had a "quarantine status" so some alien program couldn't infect Earth? LAME!
