I will say when I first saw trailers for this show I wasn't all too optimistic. But I gave the show a chance, watched the first season in a day and I really quite enjoyed it! The show delivers on its ideas quite well, I especially really liked G.H.O.S.T, the human and cybertronian alliance lead by Megatron and Optimus Prime. I really like the idea of pairing two leaders who used to lead opposite factions together to lead one faction. It makes for a lot of interesting drama, but also equally nice wholesome moments between the 2. I also found the terrans and the human characters to be really interesting! We've never really had a piece of transformers media show us what it's like to grow up into being a cybertronian and it's really interesting to watch the terrans grow up and find themselves, just like their human counterparts! As a whole I think this show is just a really interesting direction to take transformers and I can't wait to watch Season 2 whenever I can!
