Overall just very funny. If you do into this movie with too critical of a view on people, competition and stereotypes you will not enjoy it, it's meant to be lighthearted, goofy, and show off stereotypes

As someone who specializes in animation and storytelling, and has both watched the original disney Mulan and read the original "The Ballad of Mulan", there's a lot I have to have. In summary however, I'm more disappointed, not just in the retelling, but in every single thing that went into this movie then any of the other live action movies.
