The movie is about a cowardly mommas boy and a suffocating mother that pulls guilt trips on him. And in the dream sequences depicts a man’s journey. Good movie for movie snobs. But I like it. Midsommar had a female focus and hereditary and now this one. The men usually have bad outcomes. But Ari Aster is probably my favorite director these days.
