I love Dr. Kellyann's Bone Broth. It's one of the best tasting broths in the industry. My favorite is the Thai Lemongrass. I try to take it every morning. It helps me get through the morning. Sometimes I also have another cup in the evening if I'm having cravings. I also add it to my rice, lentil soup, and other dishes. When I started using it consistently, I lost 5 lbs that I hadn't been able to loose in years. I'm looking forward to continuing to use this great source of protein for a longer time.
