This game is awful. If they’re going to do a fan service game then the game should actually service the fans. The description says it covers up to season 3, but the game deviates too far from the original story to make that true, first of all. Also it is absolutely impossible to unlock and craft all the weapons in the game so you are forced to do inferno mode in order to do so. In the original story mode the titans are incredibly too weak for any fun to be had. It makes it all too repetitive. But then, after you unlock inferno mode you HAVE to play it to get the materials to unlock and craft all other weapons. Not to mention that inferno mode is insultingly difficult. That’s another thing. They sacrificed real aspects of the show just to make a game. Titans have 1 weak spot, so why the hell do you have to attack for over 5 minutes focusing on 1 part just to destroy it? There’s a balance between easy and ungodly difficult and this game missed that balance by miles. Also the story mode is less than 40 hours of gameplay. I had the main story done with 3 days of playing. There are some good aspects but this game missed so much of what makes AOT AOT, that i actually think it’s insulting to call this an Attack on Titan game at all. Also in inferno mode there’s more that screws your over than the titans being too strong. All the equipment you have takes major downgrades. I could use my current gear in regular story mode and do entire missions at a time. My gas is now being drained in less than 2 minutes because they couldn’t figure out any other way to make the game naturally challenging so they downgrade the equipment you spent the entire regular story mode to get.
