The movie was such a big DISAPPOINTMENT. I was lured in because I love the Smurf franchise but watching the movie was so cringe and totally out of place. Like....why is it just all about 'you have be good about yourself to know yourself kind of thing' Maybe you had 3 year olds in mind while making the movie but you guys did us Smurf fans very dirty 😩🤲🏾 The characters had no depth at all including 'no name'. The animation felt weird in my eyes, Gagamiel suddenly has emotions and why was there an Indian song and dance steps at the end...like how does it connect 😂. Don't get me wrong, I love Indian movies especially for their songs but how was it linked to the plot of the movie. I have a lot to say but I'll just stop here. I understand the creators were trying to be different but if they had at least kept the script but stayed close to the previous franchise, it would have been all the much better.
