I wanted to comment on the Presidential Debate. Do you remember when Trump commented on how President Biden was going to be "up" for the debate in a manner that suggested he would be drugged? Could President Biden have been "drugged" by someone putting something like Valium in his water? He was definitely different at the rally. All of us have stated he was definitely different. I have never seen him this "old" looking in his mannerisms and his speech. Attention: Joy Behar Update: It was Sean Hannity who first made the comment:"Jacked up Joe" last appeared at the State of the Union address. That was back in March. We haven't seen it since. Now we don't know if it's caffeine, adrenaline, I don't know, or something else, but next Thursday, I fully expect a return of "Jacked-up Joe." Was he messed up on cough medicine?
