Extremely disappointed, I’m a survivor of domestic abuse and this movie made it seem like “it’s no big deal” and “it’s so easy to get away from a violent partner”. This is not the case. I read both of the books and loved them!! This movie is not a good representation of those wonderful books. They made this movie seem more like a rom com instead of what it should’ve been.
