*Small spoilers* This game is beautiful, and an amazing “new” take on the guardians we love either from James Gunn, or from the comics, where it is more inspired from. This game will always have a very special place in my heart, because it is fun in all ways. Yes the combat can be hectic, as you’re not just fighting as Star lord, but as the guardians themselves, or this game would be titled Star lord, but if you constantly use your guardians ability’s you’ll be fine. The emotional depth of this game is so immersive, as you really believe that rocket is angry with you, and that you are really checking up on real people. This game is a win for the marvel universe as it explains and expands on the soul stone and its abilities, which in the mcu, really just skipped over. If I would add one thing to this game, I would add an ability to free roam, to do jobs and such to gain units that aren’t connected to the story, or to return to other planets, such as knowhere, and use our units to purchase upgrades and improvements for the Milano or for utilities for doing said jobs. Also, a feature to play music during the walking or anywhere outside the Milano would make me pay $90 for a sequel. Amazing game, and so much potential and room to make it even better
