Falls tremendously short from its potential.
As a reader it feels like all of the advice you’ve already heard mashed into a poorly divided bullet point list of tips and tricks. Worst of all there’s absolutely no evidence or studies supporting anything he talks about. The closest he comes to real life examples are paraphrased or possibly made up dialogues with clients or attendees to his seminars, clearly boasting a moment of his success as a coach.
No arguments are made, only statements which leave the reader unconvinced and frankly bored. Statistics such as (something to the extent of) “it seems that 3% of people control 97% of the assets,” are clearly made up. Too often a sentence starts with “it is said..” followed by another cliche idiom, which is standing in for his lack of an argument.
You can save yourself the time by looking at the table of contents - apply self discipline to every area of your life, work harder, socialize less and… don’t take lunch breaks? Don’t read it, no excuses.
