Entirely TOO MUCH ANIMATION! All these 2 guys do is swing their hands and arms all over the place when they talk. Stand still! You don't need so many fast and terribly annoying hand gestures and movements to demonstrate what you're doing!

Faye needs to tune it way down in the weird nasty makeup she uses and all her childish laughing. She acts like a loose nerve! She looks like a circus freak with all that goth makeup and way too many tattoos. She seems to be a good mechanic. But guys want to see mechanical shows. Not freak shows.
