I liked this book because at last I had satisfying vegan versions of the foods I grew up with.

My first viewing of the film would have been much more enjoyable if I had have grasped that the main character fell into an alternate time line. With this understanding, the second viewing it was primarily a romantic comedy with the music of the beatles being the setting. It was also was rich in secondary themes.
