I can see why this film can be a bit much for some people...but for me, it was the perfect film. It was the perfect balance of the mundane, fantasy, adventure, silliness, weirdness, wonderment, indecisiveness, and confusion that is life. As an Asian American, I felt the story spoke to me...the core concept of the movie was so relatable. You just have to be open to this wild ride, but as is life, sometimes things aren't for everyone. Hopefully you choose to see this movie for what it is, and not what you want it to be...kinda like life :)
