Dec 6, the job market report failed to mention the segment of population that no longer is seeking employment as they have given up and no percentage or numbrt is ever given to that segment. The reporter stated there are people on sidelines, but did not define status, but I'm addressing not the temporary sidelines but the long termers or the permanent segment that no longer even seeks work.
