Having read “The Firm” years ago, I was expecting a fast-paced storyline just like that book. Instead, “The Exchange” really went nowhere and the development of characters which Grisham is known for was virtually nonexistent. The only good news is that I borrowed it from the library instead of spending $30 for this book.
