I could barely get through the first episode. I kept watching to the third episode but honestly the show just seems patronizing. If feels like this is a show about what bored housewives think of what black people are really like. Or, what bored uneducated people think black people are like. I’m done with this show.

The plot and the story idea are great. The first scenes of this movie definitely suck you in. And of course, Sarah Paulson delivers again. However, soon into the series they have that gay agenda that Netflix is known for shoved down your throat. Don’t get me wrong, your lifestyle is your business and you should not be judged for it. who you love is who you love. It’s no one‘s place to tell you otherwise. However, they have 90% of the series Based on the victimization of the entire cast because of their lifestyle or how they were born is boring. They sell the show as a thriller and murder mystery. Not a coming out of the closet story in a time where things like that were considered insanity. It’s sad that this happened in our history but I don’t need it shoved down my throat when that’s not why I’m watching the show. They sell the show as a thriller and murder mystery.
