Possibly one of the worst over contrived, utter rubbish movies I've even watched in my life. Truly absurd. The actors must be embarrassed to be associated with such nonsense. If it was possible to give minus stars I would. Don't waste your time, find something better to do with your life for two hours. I feel sorry for the American police forces to be portrayed as totally incompetent and appear to require resources that would drain the budget of the entire united states military to stop one ambulance. It does appear though that U.S. ambulances not only run on nuclear power, but it would take a nuclear bomb to stop the things.
