Faithful Odior

This is one of the worst k dramas I’ve ever seen, I’m offended enough to leave a review which in all honesty I never do. Going in, I liked the idea of shi hyun trying to seduce the lead actress and then falling for her, that as a plot was interesting enough, the subplots however were too much, supporting characters too much, plot too confusing, and unbelievable. They tried too hard to tie it all together. I started off liking the friendship between the three but as the story progressed I hated soo ji and Lee se-joo more and more. Soo Ji has to be one of the most annoying characters I’ve ever had the displeasure of watching. She constantly meddled in adult matters, whiny for no reason, possessive, controlling and manipulative, in my eyes she had no redeeming qualities. Lee so-joo was equally as unbearable, his story was written simply as a side kick to soo ji. She constantly mistreated him and he never stood up for himself, never left her, just hung around doing her bidding and running around her like a puppet. He didn’t care about shi hyun at all and went to great lengths to hurt him just to make soo Ji happy. His character had no depth, wasn’t well fleshed out, we literally knew nothing about him asides from his horrible family and that he was in love with soo ji. On the flip side, while I liked tae-hee I hated her acting, her facial expressions, delivery fell flat. I however liked how confident she was, and I liked that she gave shi Hyun the benefit of the doubt repeatedly. The only redeeming part of this show was shi Hyun, he made me stick it out, but him alone wasn’t enough to redeem the hot mess this show was. Bad script writing, unlikeable characters, forced drama and stupid ending. Do not recommend
