This game is so far away from the Deadspace series in every aspect. While the game looks good, there is no real gameplay. While the sluggish controls add to the feeling of struggle I found them more frustrating than engaging. I found myself holding sprint the entire time. The combat and general gameplay consists of quite terrible quicktime events. Guns are all but useless with the limited ammunition and low damage output. If you like interactive movies, chuck it on easy and enjoy the experience. If you like interesting gameplay with a sense of progression, avoid.
