I honestly think chapter 1 was better, even though both weren’t that good in general. This chapter makes Maya seems more stupid than before. Like when she had a gun, fired one bullet, then dropped the gun and ran. Another point was when she stabbed one of the killers in the leg with a rake and didn’t finish the killer off while they were on the ground. Then there’s the CGI boar 🙄 I don’t know who thought that would be a good random thing to add. It was ridiculous. This movie also lacks jump scares. I did not jump a single time during this movie, in fact, I laughed more than anything at the stupidly 😂

Such a waste of time. I love horror/suspense movies, but this was painstakingly slow and uninteresting. I found myself falling asleep (literally i passed out a bit). The shaky camera and characters constantly whining was annoying. I rather would’ve just slept the whole movie. There’s nothing frightening about this movie either. Only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1 was because the acting was at least good and the story was interesting (just not the way they went about it). I only decided to watch this in the first place because of the reviews and how much I’ve heard about it throughout my life. But after watching it, I don’t understand the hype.
