I was absolutely blown away with the detail-oriented and concurrent storylines being woven into one complete story. The protagonist/flawed hero, Marshall McEwan, is an immensely likable and smart guy, with, as we all have, a severely crippling Achilles Heel—a woman (surprise—I think not). I’m hoping maybe Mr. Iles might give him a sequel. I really loves Iles’ writing style and am going to start his Penn Cage series. TOTALLY recommend this book.
