I like how the Boss lady handles herself, her decisions and communications skills are admirable.. She seemed to have a good balance with her personal and work life. Its not as glossy as Selling Sunet but with far less drama so far.....which was getting a bit too much!.. I also liked how the women quickly worked out their differences as ethic women.. They are carrying themselves as good role models. Showing that professionalism can be maintained no matter the differences. I enjoyed it and I am very much looking forward to Season 2.

Had me hooked till the very end.. loved it!
