The cinematography was both stunning and shocking. It seems though that an opportunity was lost by not allowing more of the refugees to share their stories. I found that the movie jumped around a lot and I never really got a sense of what happened in Greece, or in Italy. Were those refugees allowed to stay and how did that work? Did the governments find housing for these people and did they end up acclimating into society or did it cause slums and greater poverty? There wasn't enough film on Myanmar for my liking. When these countries attack their own citizens and cause them to flee it creates havoc around the world, as no country is prepared for the mass numbers seeking asylum. The slaughter seems as though it happens in more countries than it doesn't. It's an eye opener for sure, and should be watched regardless of its downfalls.
