I think it is a good movie with interesting characters, and working in healthcare it is powerful to picture the emotions and perspectives of someone who's at the verge of death due to a terminal disease, where the objectives and priorities change, depression takes place and hopelessness and frustrations is all that surround them in those last moments. No many horror/scarie themed movies explore the human nature in this angle...
