Dreadful. Shifts point of view from one character to another seemingly to a random agenda. What substitutes for a lack of plot seems to leave the reader lost in endless sub plots. The characters are endlessly separated from each other, for example on a moving train and in New York and then miraculously find each other, just in time to rescue a particular partner from a random danger. Tedious and long winded, the action has very little to do with the reasons for the journey in the first place. The end was especially random and disappointing.
