I loved this book so much I am purchasing some for my daughter and daughter-in-laws. I could not put it down. The title was off putting for me because I feel like I do my best and I don't beat myself up over mistakes. Just try and repent and move on, however this book is real life with real solutions and exercises that will make a difference for most of us. Thanks for writing it.
