BONA VILLANUEVA

The cast is very good but the plot/story is almost the same as that of Lee Min-ho's previous drama-Boys Over Flowers. I still like it because I'm a fan of LMH and the other cast members gave great performances, but I was disappointed that the storyline was not original, and almost a copy of LMH's previous drama.

This is one of the best kdramas I have watched. I laughed and cried throughout the series. The cast was excellent. I did not even see Park Bo-gum-I just saw Choi Taek. PBG was really brilliant in playing his role here. The story is so endearing and heartwarming, showing you the daily lives of 5 different families, with different issues, concerns, status in life. I learned so much of the South Korean culture from this kdrama. The performances of the cast were so natural, fluid, and believable. It's like I was there as their neighbor. I cried and laughed. I felt their anxieties, worries, joys, difficulties, compassion to their family and friends, hard work, perseverance, and triumphs over adversities. This kdrama has so many different personalities whose lives linked one another in a very natural and believable way. And every episode is peppered with values and life lessons.
