ServSafe is a rip-off, my test shut down in the middle, causing me to restart. They run you through slides that are slower than you know what! If you fail they want you to pay again to retake the test, There's nothing you can print to follow, so basically your on your own. Take the class near your area, this test is ridiculously long and this is not a good learning skill course..
