------Spoiler alert warning-----
You know, I admit I wasn't able to read the book, but for the first 5 minutes of the movie, I know there's something wrong about it. Fans would say that it's a bit rushed, which yeah as someone who read the book but for me, first few minutes were kinda dry. Hardin and Tessa adding a random man who turned out to be Tessa's dad and then suddenly there's a fight already like whoa, it would have been better if there's a great flow to increase the tension then make the timing for the fight and not just hastily arguing like wuutt just happened or smthing. And the funny part Hardin and Tessa's dad were actually talking (which Hardin offers money so he can just go away) Isn't it so awkward Tessa was in a short distance washing the dishes like gurl, I don't believe you didn't hear any of it.
They fight and then the 50 shades younger version plays--the general part of the movie revolved around into many unnecessary things, I don't know like the movie just add a story after story and there's a lack of flow on it, there's no strong point where it shows the real problem progressing it's like all the scenes just happened momentarily, they fight, they make love again then they fight, they gets sexual then they agree and disagree I mean it would have been better that they focus to only certain thing, that then we should see a long struggle, then we slowly see the progress and then we see the very climax like the basic narrative as it should be.
I appreciate, the chill vibe and the good chemistry of each casts but their lines feels dry as well--some are good and others meh. TRUTH is, I only felt the real story only started in the ENDING. Like yeah in Hardins' life, that's the REAL STRUGGLE, that's a problem and I do hope that they consider making a strong flowing set of how the characters would be able to make it through. That's what I'm rooting.
