It's very OCD. I'm sure each uniform button is 1000% accurate. The dialog, however is like nothing any living human has ever said in real life. It's out of a 1930s screenplay. The fake beards are the real star of the movie. They're incredible, alien face monsters from the next Star Wars film. Having said all of this, though it is a decent civil war movie. It's long but enjoyable. The things I pointed out just make it the TV movie that it is. Watch it and dig the beards.
