I wish there was a zero star option. This is absolutely atrocious. Really sucks how Corden said such things about BTS even though he got the opportunity to talk to them, got to know them in depth, had meaningful conversations with them just for a few hahas. Really disappointed with him. First of all, how is BTS visiting the UN "unusual"? They have personally visited the UN 2 times and including the online UN assembly, this is their 3rd time. How is it unusual then? And he generalized the whole fandom, which consists of various age groups and having young adults as a majority as a bunch of "15 year old girls". Not only is it factually incorrect because as I said earlier, young adults constitute a majority in the fandom but also he is straight up shaming teenagers. What is it with people that they keep generalizing teenagers to be a bunch of crazy and deranged people? People keep acting as if teenagers or minors don't have a mind of their own and they are a bunch of idiots. Also, there are men in this fandom as well. Even a great person like John Cena is an ARMY. I agree that women constitute a majority in the fandom but so do people having other gender identities. It's about time that people know that our fandom is very diverse when it comes to gender, culture, race etc. And also, even if it were to be women only, why is it that the interest of women are shamed? Can't women have interests? Women have things which make them happy too you know. Just like how men have. Every single time, women are shamed for having interests and likes. Absolutely sexist of Corden. Really really disappointed.
