Like others, I don't understand the critics assessment of this movie. I read the book, and found the movie to be true to the book in the time allotted. Also, others who have been critical of the trailer/movie not portraying what they had envisioned; it was EXACTLY what I pictured in my mind as I read the book. Great job Owens and Witherspoon.
