It wouldn’t end. It just kept going and going and going. I fell asleep for 45 minutes and didn’t miss a thing. I am stupefied by the amazing reviews by so many others, so I tried to watch a second time and I liked it even less. Full disclosure, I never saw Mad Max, so maybe I am missing something historically or artistically important.

Mindless fun. Amazing special effects.

I thought this was really original and fresh. My teen daughters and 54 year old me were all in until the end, which was a wonderfully unexpected surprise.

Visually beautiful. Attention to detail in costumes and props very good. Acting is good. Storyline is slow and meandering, and then abrupt and disjointed at the same time. I feel Costner took a home run swing but hit a pop fly instead.
