The script was too dark, but the acting was very good. I couldn't relate to the acts of mutilation over a friendship gone.
It was almost absurd to think that someone would go to those extremes.
I know many will disagree with me, but I didn't care for it. The scenery was beautiful, but it was a sharp contrast to the overdone storyline.

I don't understand some of the negative reviews. This movie kept me on the edge of my seat. The acting was great . Denzel was , as usual, wonderful. He always gives a top notch performance. I found the ending to be satisfying. All in all, a really good thriller....
