Honesty, I first watched the not so popular Hindi dubbed version of this, "Ghost At School" and I LOVED IT. I remember returning home from school all excited just to watch this anime. It had great plot, good scares... Safe to say it had everything a teenager could find interesting and exiting. Then after few years, just because of nostalgia, I watched it again but this time I watched the English dub "Ghost Stories" and oh wasn't I disappointed! They changed so many things, added some unnecessary dark humour and destroyed my childhood. For anyone who is well accustomed to Hindi language I'll surely recommend the Hindi dub though I can't say for sure where to find it. But for other audiences, I'm sorry... You better find any other anime series to watch.

I'm kind of surprised that this show still got such good ratings. Most importantly people still saying that they are "in love with the show". Honestly I never had slightest interest in Archie comics, given its ridiculous subject matter but still I watched the first season out of the curiosity since I learned that this show has only similar characters and is way more darker and mysterious than the original comic. I'm not gonna lie but I wasn't really fan of the show and always thought the show was way more melodramatic(maybe because sometime I judge too much or maybe because teenagers in my country don't act or talk like this) but keeping those aside still I kind of liked the first season and showed interest for the 2nd season. The 2nd season, again though not perfect, but surely contained mystery vibes. But when the show entered the 3rd season, I think the writers lost their mind. Maybe they were trying to pull of something exciting, giving people goosebumps, making people loose their minds but all they could do was providing episodes with illogical and confusing stories. When the show returned after mid season break the episodes got more boring which is even worse. Again I don't know why people are still watching this. Maybe they don't know about any good TV shows or they are just killing times (like me) or maybe they are just crazy fans of Archie comics. I don't know. But if anyone wants to watch a good TV show and considering it as one, I'll advise them strongly to just ignore it, or stop at season 2 and search for any other TV shows. There are plenty of them. Thank you. Edit: How can they have an improved rating after this 3rd season? Are people oblivious to other great shows or are their taste getting worse and worse?

First of all it's not a tv series for everyone, it's not a tv series that you will watch to kill time. It's dark. It's disturbing. Most importantly (spoiler alert), in the end, it won't give you the satisfaction. But the thing that made it interesting (to me) is that it's much closer to the real world where there's no happy ending. Some say that this series is so slow that it will bore you to death. But in real life we really don't rush to everything. We have to wait, we have to listen, we have to think before every action. Hence, if you don't have that patience, don't watch. Secondly, according to me, the actors we amazing. Especially Gillian Anderson. The way she portrays Gibson's strength and vulnerability at the same time is truly amazing. Other actors even brings life and closure to realness to the characters. Lastly if you're into rom-com, especially comedy then this series isn't for you. If you still want to watch it and can't bear it please don't hate it, maybe it isn't simply for you. P. S. The only most unrealistic thing in this show is Gibson's hair ;)
