This movie is very much Oscar worthy for Jonathan Majors, he shows you how a person who has lived through a tragic past becomes lonely and obsessed at the same time and how the mind works in each one of those together and separately. He was so lonely but wanted to connect but lacked the social skills to do so. He became obsessed with bodybuilding and did anything to prove he was worthy of that dream. The movie takes a tumultuous turn and definitely kept me on the edge of my seat not knowing how or when the movie would end. It was a dark movie but it actually brought light to the end when choosing between wrong and right. There were lots of hidden gems in this movie that after you watch and think about it you will understand. This movie was not about 1 true person in particular, it is about a lot of people we are surrounded by daily. I feel this also had remnants of Jonathan Majors personal life in it knowing some of his past issues and why he played it so damn well and he's a good damn actor. It's a shame this movie is not playing everywhere, not even much advertisement and they've thrown it at the back of the theatre maybe hoping someone will decide not to watch, not sure but it is definitely worth watching and hopefully more people will support and forget the misstep he had in his personal life last year and see him for the brilliant actor and sweet man he really is. I'm waiting on the next role for him, good luck to him!
