A fantastic action thriller! Story revolves around an airline security guard trying to safeguard the entire crowd of 5000+ people at the airport when he is threatened by a gang to let them smuggle extremely dangerous chemical weapons. This entire movie will keep one on their toe. Less than 2 hours n gives one a very thrill ride throughout. Taron Egerton is too good in his lead role. Must watch for thriller genre lovers! Basically an American movie dubbed in Hindi as well. Available in Netflix, my ratings 8/10!

A very beautiful movie! I've seen quite a few time travel movies but the way this movie is presented on a relatively similar concept is amazing. Story revolves around a person in the present unexpectedly getting connected with a lady in the past n trying to help her to get her love life settled n thereafter interconnection of that love story to the present. The initial few minutes looked very dumb but the way soon it picks up the storyline is admirable. The climax gives one emotional goosebumps. Story doesn't get diverted anywhere, no unwanted masala, keeps one captivated through an emotional saga of love, hope, sacrifice. Didn't expect it could be so good. The man in lead character in 2 different roles has perfectly fit in into the character. Strongly recommended one to watch it. Available in Amazon Prime only in Kannada. My ratings 8/10!

Season 2 : Mazaa Aa Gaya, next level obsession! Extremely well done 2nd season. Lives completely upto the expectation considering the thrill it had provided in first season. Story is a continuation from where it had ended in first season -Limitless obsession of Purva in the name of love continues, Purva isn't killed instead kidnapped n fate of Vikrant takes a new turn every 10 minutes. But for sure one can't stop pitying Vikrant throughout. Every scene is well measured n fantastically directed, a wholesome entertainment. Title song Ye Kaali kaali Ankhen tune is just amusing. Last episode ends on a high note keeping one excited about 3rd season. A total of 6 episodes with an average time of 40 mins each. Available in Netflix, my ratings 9/10!

What a heartwarming movie, a definitely well made movie! It is basically a biography of Major Mukund Varadarajan! Lives of such individuals to be celebrated n embraced as an exemplary living. Movie throws light on his complete tale of his intense love story from his college days to until their long distance married life, vivid story of his Army life ranging from lieutenant to Captain to Major n his multiple crackdowns against notorious terrorist leaders, his posthumous reward of Ashok Chakra. Best thing about the movie is storytelling n the way it's directed with emotional rollercoaster. Sivakarthikeyan is way too fantastic in his role as Major Mukundan. Strongly recommended must watch movie. Originally a Tamil movie dubbed in all South Indian languages including Hindi. Available in Netflix, my ratings 10/10!

A must watch historical drama of India Pakistan! Based on the book of same name, "Freedom at midnight" by American writers. A Series of 7 episodes of average 40 mins each that primarily completely focuses on India Pakistan partition n very well directed. What a complex process it was to keep it together as United India, Poorna Swaraj n what an inevitable compelling pressure for the partition. At one point, before handing over British devised a plan of 3 options to choose for the princely provinces - India, Pakistan or Independent state - this would have left entire country even more scattered. Shows the extreme evilness of Jinnah n also shows intense efforts done by Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel n Nehru to keep it United. However, felt it abruptly ended. Strongly urge each one to watch this, at least for all those lives that have gotten sacrificed in that effort. Dubbed in all South Indian languages including Hindi. Finally watched this but what a waste of time! The story is a period drama when supernatural powers believed to have existed n it portrays one such evil power which has occupied a big cottage with couple of common beings as servants forcefully. Claimed to be a horror thriller but there is not even one horror elements in it. The pace of the movie is way too damn slow n content lacks thrill, interest whatsoever. Storyline made no sense to me. A financial crime drama set in late 80s n early 90s when everything was maintained through books manually n nothing was digitalized. This movie includes all possible financial frauds aimed at money laundering. What's interesting is all scams shown look realistic n possible since transactions weren't computarised on real time basis. A very well written smart drama. However, none of the scams have been shown in detail n every scam has been rushed jumping from one to the other. Plus unnecessary family drama lessens the intensity of the scams. Out n out only for the ones who hold financial industry knowledge particularly to those who understand the daily functionality of banking industry else others might not get a clue of what's happening in the storyline. Dulquer has done a decent job. Originally a Telugu movie dubbed in all South Indian languages including Hindi. Available in Netflix, my ratings 7.5/10!

A thriller genre movie that stands decently true to its genre. Story revolves around a diamond robbery n story keeps vacillating between 15 years on n off with the obsession of investigator to solve it. This had immense potential to be a master thriller but somehow due to compromised execution remains as an average decent one time thriller. Turns slightly boring in between n the last 30 mins is worth it. Climax could have been even more intense. Tamanna is being under utilised. Available in Netflix, my ratings 6.5/10!

What for was this hyped so much? Horrible movie in the name of time travel. 80% of the movie will make no sense n bore one with confused n worst execution. Story revolves around a time travel concept wherein one goes in the past n gets married to a girl n then takes birth as his own son 😂 Disgusting! What was even more funny was time travel was shown as a product that was possible to purchase illegally. Yappa thalenovu bandoyithu. At places shown 'Ranganaayaki' movie poster to show resemblance to it - no comparison to that stellar movie. Nobody will understand this movie until the climax is revealed in last 30 mins. Definitely not a commercial entertainer but more like an ART movie. Entire movie appeals like a poem. I was thinking what a boring movie n then came last 20 mins climax n that connected the dots n makes entire movie very meaningful. Story revolves around 2 strangers who meet at 8AM Metro for 2 weeks- a lady suffering from anxiety panic attacks n a man suffering from depression having lost his family in an accident - it's all about how they end up influencing n helping each other's lives. Happiness for each person is different from the other is the theme of the movie. Someone not into art movies, avoid it for sure. Available in Zee5, my ratings 6/10!
