One star for Todd, one star for Joaquin, one star for Gaga, cinematography and themes altogether. One star lost for being a musical, another star lost for having been a terrible musical.
Truly a film with all the right ingredients, right chefs, hosts and wines, but at the wrong restaurant. Making it a musical was a big mistake. The movie is an allegory for how no one wanted this movie and that’s done really well. It could have been even better if it wasn’t a musical. The musical aspect was just TERRIBLE.
