Who is this game is for? Despite the combat improved but I have issues with it. The dialogue and the writing brings in real life politics and agenda in a fantasy RPG that literally makes no sense to other games. I know DA:I had somewhat real life political correctness but it was written in a way that wasn't shoved in your face. It was done right with it's trans characters that players knew and didn't care because it wasn't distracting to the main plot. But this time around, the writing within in the game gets all preachy and lectures you on gender and pronouns as if we care what these characters are. The player wants to play the game to have fun not to be lectured on politics of genders and pronouns.
Bioware made this game for who exactly? The core customers are Mass Effect and Dragon Age fans who played the other games. Can the game be fun? Yes! However you cannot ignore the way games narrative went. It's extremely hard to like the writing but it's just felt flat and the choices makes no real difference and the extra dialogue is with a non binary characters or whatever.
There is nothing much I can say about this game really, the combat is alright and the game can be fun but like I said what killed the game is the force by lecturing you about stuff that you wanna escape for a couple hours.. the real world. My score is a 1.
