We never actually stayed here We booked this motel over Booking, changed our plans, and decided we didn't need to book a motel. We cancelled it well before our visit. On the day we visited (we only live about 3 hours away) I called them to ask if we would be getting our money back. They assured us the refund had been submitted and should be in our account in the next few days. Nothing came so I contacted my bank. They fought back and forth with them. 2 months later, the bank closes the dispute as Sage says we have been reimbursed. Still nothing. Definitely do not recommend them as they can't be trusted.
