I watched the 1939 version with the passive aggressive comparison of women to horses chewing with their mouths open and urging women to understand that a man's infidelity is something they have to understand and save him from and I dont have interest in watching a remake. No wonder we had a women's movement for equality. The surprise is that the world is this sick and we are still chugging along so much as changing as just shifting sideways.
