The Last of Us Part II, a game that tries to reinvent and be different than its predecessor. Occasionally that’s not bad and it works. But in this case it overshoots and is astoundingly underwhelming as your forced to delve into a world that no longer feels welcoming. If you loved the in depth character development, intriguing and intuitive choices of the characters of the first game, you’ll not be getting your moneys worth for the second installment. It’s a bleak and cliche revenge story with backwards storytelling and character development.
