Really not much to do but fight which is hilariously easy once you level up beyond 50. After leveling there is some weird tree that you give things to and get better equipment. Rinse/Repeat. There is not much exposure to other players so it lacks a core social system. You'll find yourself fighting the same NPCs over and over again. It's almost zombifying. As I said, it is real easy hence the extra start but overall, if you come from a WOW or Skyrim or even Elder Scrolls world, this will be very no frills and boring after awhile.
