While this certainly isn't the Nancy Drew of my childhood (for one thing, there really are ghosts and evil spirits), the show still has enough charm and enough sleuthing for me to get hooked on it, and the show enables me to use my mind to figure out clues along with the title character, which certainly appeals to me. So I'd recommend that older Nancy Drew fans give it a chance. It'll grow on you.
